Dr. Hemnani has served as Founder Dean of three medical colleges - G.S. Medical College, Pilkhuwa (150 MBBS to PG & 720-bed NABH hospital), L.N. Medical College, Bhopal (150 MBBS), and as Principal, Teerthanker Mahaveer Medical College, Moradabad, where he led MBBS recognition, enhancement to 150 seats, PG expansion, and super-specialty development.
With 12+ years as Dean/Principal, his expertise spans NMC inception to recognition, LOP approvals, PG seat enhancement, NAAC/NABH accreditation, academic & clinical operations setup, and faculty development.
